The Oaklea Trust Prides itself in working collaboratively with others. Successful partnership working has assisted disabled and vulnerable people in achieving outcomes essential for full participation and citizenship within society.

Following is a complete list of our stakeholder organisations, correct as of October 2010.
  • Cumbria County Council (Stakeholder)
    The Council is an elected authority which provides a range of services for local people, visitors and the business community.
  • Durham County Council (Stakeholder)
    Durham County Council is made up of an elected assembly of councillors accountable to almost 500,000 people and is responsible for providing a wide range of public services to the people of the county.
  • Northumberland County Council (Stakeholder) Northumberland County Council is made up of an elected assembly of councillors and is a unitary authority in North East England.The population of the Non-Metropolitan Unitary Authority at the 2011 Census was 316,028.
  • South Lakeland District Council (Stakeholder) Local government district in Cumbria centred on Kendal and South Lakes with a population at the 2011 Census of 103,658.
  • Eden District Council (Stakeholder) Local council for largest rural district in England centred on Penrith in Eden Valley
  • Jobcentre Plus (Stakeholder)
    Part of the Department for Work and Pensions, Jobcentre Plus has one of Britain’s largest databases of job vacancies, which is updated constantly.
  • Reside Housing Association (Stakeholder)
    Reside Housing provide good quality supported accommodation designed to meet the choices and needs of their tenants. Their mission is to enable tenants to have control over their lives and in their own homes.
  • Forbes Charitable Trust (Stakeholder)
    The Forbes Charitable Foundation is a registered charity and distributes funds to help people with a learning disability or to charities supporting them.
  • Westmorland Mencap (Stakeholder)
    Mencap is the voice of learning disability. Every day, they support thousands of parents, carers and people with a learning disability to lead a full and valued life.
  • Impact Housing Association (Stakeholder)
    An innovative, go-ahead organisation operating in Cumbria since 1975, Impact Housing Association are now a main social landlord in Cumbria, working throughout the whole of the county.
  • Carlisle Mencap (Stakeholder) Carlisle Mencap provides lifelong person centred support for people with learning disabilities and their families in North Cumbria
  • Fairoak Housing Association (Stakeholder)
    Fairoak Housing Association provides accommodation for people assessed as having learning and other disabilities. We also advise our tenants on how to obtain the support necessary to live independent and fulfilling lives within their local community.
  • Riverside Care and Support (Stakeholder)
    One of the leading registered provider of social housing in the UK, providing support and affordable housing to people of all ages and circumstances throughout England.
  • Riversiders Trust (Stakeholder) Riversiders Trust run leisure activities for people with learning disabilities where they can meet in a happy, relaxed, safe and non-threatening environment, enjoy social interaction, engage both in individual hobbies and shared activities, develop further life skills and participate as widely as possible in community life and activities.
  • G4S (Stakeholder) G4S are a global business that plays an important role in society – their 570,000 employees deliver services that create a safe and better environment in which millions of people live and work.
  • Cumbria CVS (Stakeholder) Cumbria CVS (Cumbria Council for Voluntary Service) offers help, advice, training and support to third sector groups throughout Cumbria.
  • 4 FE Colleges in Cumbria (Furness, Lakes, Carlisle & Kendal)
  • North Cumbria Clinical Commissioning Group Commission primary care, community and hospital services to get the best healthcare and health outcomes for communities in North Cumbria
  • Morecambe Bay Clinical Commissioning Group NHS Morecambe Bay Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is run by local GPs. It aims to commission (buy) high quality, safe and effective health services that meet the needs of residents in South Cumbria & North Lancashire
