A home from home with a real ‘sense of family’

We thought we’d share with you our latest brochure to promote one of our properties – this time an Oaklea home in South Cumbria. This complements existing publications we started last year regarding other Oaklea accommodation.

For those working in the social care sector they will be very aware of the challenges regarding staffing and also when ‘recruiting’ potential customers to join provider accommodation. To address this a year ago we started to produce a template for Oaklea properties – both to promote them and to raise awareness among key influencers – notably in adult social care teams etc. We’ve just produced our latest brochure to promote one of our properties – this one is in Ulverston, Cumbria. It will be used to promote an existing vacancy at the property. Hopefully we get across the fact that it’s a lovely place to be. (Or in the words of the most recent CQC inspection- “All of the staff want each of the customers to experience life to the full.”)
